One price, on the website
Every feature, every community size, published on the pricing page with a calculator. No Pro tier, no per-feature add-on, no quote-only enterprise dance. If we ever have to hide a number, something has gone wrong.
SMPLR HOA is made by MadeSMPLR, LLC in Oklahoma City. We build one thing: the operating system for homeowner associations and the people who run them — the boards, the treasurers, and the managers who serve them.
There are roughly 374,000 community associations in the United States, and most of them are run by people with day jobs. The treasurer is a nurse. The president sells insurance. Between them they are expected to keep a general ledger, mail statutory notices on a deadline, run an annual meeting, and answer a homeowner who is upset about a fence.
The tools they were offered came from somewhere else — rental platforms adapted for associations, or enterprise systems priced for management firms with staff. Both assume a trained operator sitting in the software all day. Neither describes a Tuesday night in somebody's kitchen.
So we built for that kitchen table instead: one association-first product, one published price, and an AI that does the tedious part rather than assigning it back to a volunteer.

A dashboard that tells a volunteer treasurer they have 14 things to do has not helped them. Milo drafts the reminder, answers the email, prepares the minutes — and asks for approval where approval matters.
Statutory notices go on paper, some owners will always pay by check, and the phone still rings at seven at night. Certified mail, a lockbox, and a phone line live inside the product, not in three other vendors.
Your ledger, your roster, your documents, your recordings. Exportable at any time in formats a CPA and a court can read, without asking us for permission or paying an exit fee.
If a competitor fits you better, we say so on the call. If we broke something, it goes on the status page and in the changelog with our name on it. Comparison pages here quote sources and mark what we could not verify.
Support is a person in Oklahoma City who knows what a reserve study is. Not a tier-one queue, not a bot pretending to be a person, not a four-day SLA.
