Nine pages your community actually needs.
We didn't ship a website builder. We shipped a community website — already designed, already structured, already wired into your dues ledger and request system. Type your community name and it's ready.
The website updates itself from your SMPLR account.
Most HOA websites die the day the board secretary moves. The doc list goes stale. The board roster shows the people from 2019. SMPLR Site is different — it's a window into the same data your board already keeps current in SMPLR.
- BOARD Andre Holloway · President
- DOC April Minutes.pdf just now
- VENDOR Aqua-Tek · pool
- EVENT Memorial Day BBQ · 78 RSVPs
- FORM ARC — exterior paint
- /about Board directory updated
- /documents April Minutes.pdf published
- /resources Vendor list refreshed
- /events RSVP count live
- /requests/new Form deployed
You'll never edit two systems. You'll never lose the website when someone leaves the board. There is no "website username and password" on a sticky note in the clubhouse drawer.
Your community. Your URL.
Most HOAs already own a domain — they just can't find the receipts. SMPLR Site connects to whatever you already have, or gives you a free .smplr.site subdomain if you'd rather skip the whole thing. We handle DNS, SSL, and the dreaded annual renewal so the domain doesn't lapse in 2027.
- Connect your existing domain in 4 fields
- Or use a free
yourcommunity.smplr.site - We register and pay for new domains at cost ($15/yr)
- HTTPS, IPv6, HSTS, CDN — out of the box
- Custom-colors + logo pulled from your SMPLR brand kit
Built once. No two look the same.
Sample designs, not customer sites — one engine, four very different communities. Your brand colors, your photography, your community's voice.

Talk to a real humanIs the website really included? What's the catch?
Really included. SMPLR Site is part of every SMPLR plan — Community, Multi-Portfolio, and Self-Managed Trial. The only thing that's ever billed separately is the actual domain registration if you buy a new one through us — and that's at-cost ($15/yr, the same as GoDaddy).
Can I bring our existing domain?
Yes. Point your A record and one CNAME at SMPLR and we issue your SSL certificate automatically. Most boards finish the swap in under ten minutes; for managed migrations, our team handles the DNS for you.
Can the board edit content without us?
Yes — but you usually won't need to. Most of the website is auto-populated from your SMPLR data (board roster, documents, vendors, events, request forms). For the parts you do edit — mission statement, news posts, neighborhood guide — there's a simple in-place editor. No HTML, no Wordpress.
What about residents who don't want a login?
Public pages are public — anyone can read the about page, governing documents, and contact info without signing in. The Resident Vault, statements, ballots, and the request form are the only things gated behind a login. Owners get one login for the site, the app, and the portal.
Is this accessible (ADA, WCAG)?
Yes. SMPLR Site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Every theme ships with screen-reader labels, keyboard navigation, and color-contrast guardrails so a board can't accidentally pick an unreadable palette.
Can I export the site if I leave SMPLR?
Yes. A click in your SMPLR account exports a static HTML archive of every public page plus a ZIP of every document. You keep your domain. You keep your data. We don't believe in hostage-ware.
