Careers

Small team. Unreasonably specific mission.

We are building the operating system for community associations from Oklahoma City — and we hire people who have sat in the meeting, closed the books, or answered the phone at seven at night.

Open roles

Nothing posted this week.

We would rather show you an empty list than a job that isn't real. We hire opportunistically for the teams below — if that is you, write to us and we will keep the conversation warm until a seat opens.

Open application

Tell us what you'd fix.

Send a note with what you have built or run, and the thing about community association software that annoys you most. That second part tells us more than a résumé does — and it is the part we read first.

  • We read every note, and we answer — yes or no
  • No cover letter theater; a few honest paragraphs is plenty
  • Board members and community managers are strongly encouraged
  • Oklahoma City preferred for operations roles; engineering is flexible
Where we hire

Four kinds of people build this product.

Product engineering

TypeScript, React, Postgres. You will own a module end to end — the ledger, the mail pipeline, the violation engine — and talk to the boards who use it.

Applied AI

The work Milo does: retrieval over governing documents, call handling, drafting that a board is willing to sign. Evaluation matters more than demos here.

Community operations

Former community managers and board members who run migrations, answer hard questions, and tell engineering what the software got wrong.

Accounting & finance

People who have closed an association's books, survived an audit, and can explain a reserve study to a homeowner without jargon.

How we hire

Four steps, no mystery.

You will always know what the next step is and roughly when to expect it. If we go quiet for more than a week, we owe you an email — hold us to it.

01

A real conversation

Thirty minutes about what you have built or run, and what you want to work on. No riddles, no take-home before we have talked.

02

Work that looks like the work

A scoped exercise from our actual domain — a ledger edge case, a migration plan, a call transcript. Paid if it takes more than two hours.

03

Meet the people you'd work with

Including someone whose job you would make easier or harder. You ask us the hard questions in this one.

04

An offer, in writing, fast

Compensation, level, and expectations in the same document. We aim to go from first call to decision in under two weeks.
