Owner-paid 3.9% + $0.30, or absorbed by the HOA.
Want a USPS lockbox for paper checks?
Owners mail checks to our lockbox; we scan, deposit, post. $2.50/check.
Enable ACH (bank transfer) for owner payments?
1.5% capped at $10/transaction.
Bank accounts · names & nicknames only — never share account numbers
